Save up to three personal sound profiles. Use reference recordings from your own environment, then test them where you plan to listen.
Vibration continues until you acknowledge the alert. Choose a color for each sound and optionally enable a slowly pulsing screen alert.

FROM SOUND TO SIGNAL
Set up, check, and start listening. You decide when the microphone is active.
Create a personal profile and record the sound you want to recognise. Each recording can run for up to 10 seconds, and you can stop it manually.
Add the requested sound and background samples. Check recognition and vibration in the place you will use the app, with the device in its usual position.
Grant microphone and notification access, then start monitoring in the app. A detected match triggers a repeating alert that you acknowledge yourself.

Your device, your assistant
The app processes microphone audio locally. Saved sound samples, profiles and event history stay in the app's storage on your device. You can delete samples, profiles and history in the app.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Download the Android installation file directly. The universal APK is the easiest choice if you do not know your device's architecture. Ordinary sound recognition is available immediately. For names and phrases spoken by different voices, download the languages you need once in the app settings. The original models then work offline. Up to three languages can be stored and unused languages can be removed.
Sound Beacon is an assistive awareness tool. It does not replace a certified smoke or fire alarm, a medical device, emergency services or another safety system.
